The South Australian Touhou Appreciation Society is pleased to announce it will be participating at AVCON 2024!

Whether you’re a current fan looking for like minded people or someone who wants to learn more about Touhou, we welcome you to join us at our weekend stall for some Touhou games and prizes and other activities.

  • 東方Project, ("Tōhō Purojekuto" or Touhou) is a bullet hell series created by a Japanese doujin circle Team Shanghai Alice (other known as ZUN). It was created as a little side project in 1995 then 27 years grew to one of the most influential, popular indie series in the Japanese market (even reaching outside to the west). There are 19 mainline games and 6 spin-off games in total (and counting!), as well as countless fan-made countent.

  • We’re a bunch of Touhou fans based in South Australia that started up in 2023 with the aim of connecting everyone that loves everything Touhou, and spreading our love for Touhou to the community!

    Activities include offline and online meets. Past activities include lunches, picnics, game sessions (both Touhou and non-Touhou) and just general meet-ups. We also sometimes participate in conventions or other events.
